By using the makers.page website or related materials, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

makers.page is the home of AI tools and indie products. Founders may list products for free. Approved products may receive a public page, backlink, and sitemap inclusion. Features and availability may change over time.

The Marketing MCP is part of makers.page. It helps listed products draft launch content and X posts for review before they publish. A hosted option is available on this site; an open-source option may be published at github.com/alexcloudstar/makers.page-mcp. Other work may appear at github.com/alexcloudstar.

makers.page and Marketing MCP are names used by the operators of this site. You may not use them in a way that implies partnership, endorsement, or ownership without permission, or that is likely to confuse people about the source of a product or service.

• You must submit accurate information about products you own or are authorized to represent
• You must have the rights to share any content included in your submission
• Do not use makers.page for spam, abuse, or unlawful activity
• Submissions may be declined, removed, or edited for clarity at our discretion

Approval of a submission does not guarantee ongoing placement, reviews, or traffic. Public profiles and outbound links may be updated or removed if a product changes, shuts down, or violates these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, rankings, or review outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, makers.page and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
